The short version

We collect information you type into a form, plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We use it to reply to you and to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.

Information you give us

All of it comes from a form you chose to fill in. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name and email address.
• Event details, if you are booking Ali to speak: your organization, event name, date, city or venue, format, audience size and type, speaking budget band, and what you want the audience to take away.
• Your show or outlet and the angle you want, if you are requesting an interview.
• Anything else you choose to write in a free-text message field.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical and usage data such as your approximate location (from your IP address), browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site or search that sent you here. This is aggregate analytics, not an attempt to identify you personally.

We do not run advertising pixels on this site today. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they go live.

How we use it

• To reply to a speaking, media, or general enquiry.
• To send the bi-weekly newsletter and the resources you requested, such as the TEDx reflection guide. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of established service providers to run the site and handle enquiries. They process data on our instructions:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the website.
• Make passes form submissions from the website into our customer relationship system.
• GoHighLevel stores enquiries and contact records so we can follow up.
• Kajabi sends the newsletter and delivers digital resources.
• Google Analytics provides aggregate traffic statistics.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.

Links to other sites

This site links out to Amazon for the book, toWISE Global Network, and to podcast platforms hosting Ali's interviews. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not this one. No purchase is ever made on alinasser.com, so this site never receives or stores payment card details.

Cookies

The site itself does not require cookies to function, and it does not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. Analytics may set a cookie to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of the working relationship. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it.

Depending on where you live, such as the UK, the EEA, or California, you may have additional statutory rights. Ask and we will honour them.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners, event organizers, and media. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
